On February 25th, 2011, the CBRSC, on behalf of the Canadian Toy Association and its members, made public its draft stewardship plan including an appendix covering electronic toys. The public is invited to offer comment on the plan until April 15th, 2011 after which any changes to the plan will be considered by CBRSC prior to the plan's submission to the BC Ministry of Environment in April 2011.

- Victoria Sheraton Four Points Langford Thursday March 17, 1 to 4pm

Pre-registration for the above events is requested and may be done through the above website or by phone to (604) 831-7203. CBRSC reserves the right to cancel a scheduled event, and conduct telephone interviews, if there is insufficient pre-registration.
Comments on the plan to collect and recycle electronic toys, and on the overall plan, are welcome until the close of business April 15, 2011.
